Steep 1 TBS (4g) of Aquarius in 8 oz hot water [203ºF] for 3-5 minutes. It is always best to cover your tea as it steeps.
Steep a second time for 8-10 minutes or longer. For increased medicinal benefit, consider cold-brewing overnight for longer and more potent extraction.
