Hiver means "winter" in French. Our Hiver tisane celebrates the joy of winter pears and the healing they offer. Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches that pears help clear the lungs, support gut health, and help reduce symptoms of asthma, hayfever, and respiratory ailments.

Steep 1 TBS (11g) of Hiver in 8 oz hot water [200ºF] for 4-6 minutes. It is always best to cover your tea as it steeps.
